Fyll i formuläret för Egen Design med din idé – det kan vara en beskrivning, en bild eller en text du vill ha med. Emily återkommar sedan med frågor om din idé och en kostnadsuppskattning. Du förbinder dig ingenting förrän du godkänt förslaget.

Hur lång tid tar det att få min beställning?

Leveranstiden varierar beroende på produkt. Standardprodukter skickas vanligtvis inom 2–5 arbetsdagar. Specialbeställningar och egna designs tar längre tid – Emily informerar dig om uppskattad leveranstid när du fått din offert.

Kan jag få hemleverans i Västerås?

Ja! Bor du i Västerås kan du välja hemleverans. Leveransen sker inom 24 timmar, oftast samma kväll.

Vilka betalningsmetoder accepterar ni?

En specialbeställning innebär att du beställer en produkt i ett specifikt utförande som inte finns i standardsortimentet. Egen Design innebär att du och Emily tillsammans skapar något helt unikt utifrån din idé.

Vad händer om jag inte är nöjd med min produkt?

Vi strävar alltid efter högsta kvalitet. Om du har fått en felaktig eller skadad produkt, kontakta oss så löser vi det. Observera att specialbeställningar och on demand-produkter inte kan returneras då de är tillverkade på beställning.
