Can I return a custom design?

No, unfortunately products with your own design cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you have approved our proposal and we have started production, the order is binding. We only print what you have approved.
How quickly will I get an answer?

We always respond within 24 hours – usually much faster! Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions in the meantime.
How long is the delivery time?

If the product is in stock, it will be shipped immediately or made available for pickup as soon as possible.

For custom-made or special production, it usually takes 4–10 working days from approved design.
What can I submit as an idea?

From a finished design to a simple sketch or description! We help you transform your idea into a finished product, whether it's a tote bag, poster, hoodie or something completely different.
What happens after I submit my idea?

We will review your design and get back to you with a proposal and price. Once you have approved it, we will send you a payment link. After payment, we will start production!
How much does it cost to make your own design?

The price depends on what you submit and how much help you want. Below are some examples. Example prices are in addition to the price of the product. To get an idea, find an item and price on the website and add the prices below.
